We've made some exciting changes to help you get the most out of your Remedi membership. We have redesigned the homepage of our website and will be launching a brand-new mobile app on 1 December 2025.
What's new on the Remedi website?
We've redesigned the homepage to make it simpler and more user-friendly. The new layout helps you find what you need quickly and easily. Whether you're using a phone, tablet, or computer.
Look out for these new features:
- Interactive banner
Right at the top of the page, you'll see a bold new carousel of banners that will keep you up to date with important medical aid topics and changes on your Remedi membership. - Important Information
This clear menu helps you quickly find important information that matter most to members like Benefit Option Comparison, Why choose Remedi, Chronic Conditions, Benefit Brochures. - Resources Hub and Digital Tools
The Resources Hub gives you quick access to key topics, helping you make informed decisions about your Remedi membership. The Digital Tools section makes it easy to manage your membership with self-service features right at your fingertips.
The new Remedi App
We are excited to announce the launch of the new Remedi App - it is more than a digital tool, it will be a trusted partner in your healthcare journey, offering you a personalised digital health experience designed to help you take control of your wellbeing with confidence and convenience.

Goodbye to Post Communications
As part of this shift, we will be discontinuing post communications. This means that all future updates, notices, and member information will be delivered through our digital platforms - the website, app, and email. This change allows us to communicate more efficiently, reduce environmental impact, and ensure you receive timely information.
Actions to consider:
- Explore the new Remedi website homepage for the latest updates.
- Make sure your email address is up to date. Update or confirm your email address is correct via our website: www.yourremedi.co.za. Once logged in, navigate to Your personal details > Update your details.
- Download the new Remedi App from 1 December 2025 to stay connected.
