In an emergency, members should contact ER24 on 084 124 to get authorisation for emergency transport, such as an ambulance.
This number is available to receive and manage all emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will also find this number on your membership card and car sticker for easy reference.
Highly qualified emergency personnel manage calls to ER24. They assess each case and initiate the most appropriate air or road evacuations.
We will cover your emergency admission in full if you have authorised it. If you do not phone ER24 - to authorise the emergency transport, neither ER24 nor Remedi will be held liable.
